Finding the right person for a project can be difficult and time consuming.
Scheduling a candidate for an interview can be a waste of time if the pre screening is not effective.

Recon utilizes it's own consultants to ensure candidate selection and screening is as accurate as possible. We work with the client to first get a realistic representation for the position. We also understand that this process is sometimes iterative as the client and Recon moves forward with candidate interviews. We try to avoid this learning process, but our experience has shown hiring managers often are unsure exactly what their requirements are. It sometimes takes a few interviews to help focus the hiring managers requirements.
